All shop orders ship by untracked Lettermail. Free shipping on orders over $25! Discount will be applied automatically in cart.

USA (6-8 business days)
International (6-9 business days)

Local pickup

If you would prefer to pick up your order in Vancouver use the code LOCALPICKUP. The shipping costs will be removed and I will email you to organize a time and location for pickup. 

Returns

I accept returns of unused, undamaged items. Please email me at hello@alannamunro.com to organize a return.  

Conditions of return

• Buyer can return or exchange items
• Buyer must return items within 30 days of delivery
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition
